Our approach

A home, not a placement.

Recovery happens in ordinary life: in your own kitchen, on your own street, in the routines that make a week feel steady. We support people to live in their own homes and to shape the support around the life they want, not the other way round.

  • Your home, your life

You hold your own tenancy and make the choices about your day. We are there to support, never to take over.

  • Support that fits

Every person has a support plan written with them, reviewed regularly and adjusted as things change.

  • One step at a time

We focus on progress that lasts: confidence, skills and connections that stay with you.

What support looks like

Practical help, steady relationships.

Support is built around each person. It often includes some of the following.

Everyday living

Cooking, shopping, cleaning and keeping a routine that works for you.

Emotional wellbeing

Regular one-to-one time with a consistent support worker who knows you.

Health and medication

Help to keep appointments and stay on track with your medication routine.

Money and tenancy

Budgeting, bills, benefits and looking after your home and tenancy.

Community and purpose

Getting out, reconnecting with people, and steps towards education, volunteering or work.

Staying well

Planning together for difficult times, so you know what helps and who to call.

Who we support

For adults ready for their next step.

We work with adults aged 18 and over living with a range of mental health needs, including people who are:

  • moving on from hospital or a residential setting
  • living alone and finding things hard to manage
  • leaving home for the first time with extra support
  • rebuilding after a period of crisis

Not sure whether we're the right fit? Get in touch anyway. We'll talk it through honestly, and if we're not right for you, we'll try to point you somewhere that is.

How it works

Four steps to getting started.

  1. 01

    Get in touch

Send an enquiry or referral below, or call us. There's no obligation.

  2. 02

    An initial conversation

We get to know the person, what matters to them and what support they need.

  3. 03

    A plan made together

We agree a support plan with the person and, where they wish, their family and professionals.

  4. 04

    Moving forward

Support begins, and we review it regularly as goals are reached and new ones are set.

Where we work
